ArcGIS Server Web Service Not Allowing Related Record Editing in AGO

I have a ArcGIS Server Web Service that I am bringing into an ArcGIS Online Web Map through the URL. It has a layer that has related records. I have used this layer before in a Web App Builder application and was able to edit both the layer and the related records using the Smart Editor. I am trying to get this same functionality in Experience Builder by setting up the forms in the web map for the layer so it includes related records in the editing form. When I try to do this with the feature service coming from the server the related records do not show up in the forms as an option to add, only the actual layer fields. I have done this with other layers in AGO so I know it is not due to the version of AGO. Without being able to add the related records in the forms, I am not able to edit the related records in the Editor Widget in Experience Builder. Is there a way to get to get the related records to be included in the web map forms?

Hi @HaleyBrueckman1

You should be able to see the related record element in the form builder - and add that to the form in order to edit related records.

If you are not able to see the related records element(s) in forms, then I recommend reaching out to support to log a ticket so they can investigate whether there is a bug that has been introduced.

I'm happy to take a look at the layer as well if you are able to share the link.

Best, Emily
