No Download for Portal-based Insights?

Hello all,

I do not see my Insights download for Portal in MyEsri.  A Customer Service person told me that it was not needed.

I have Insights in the App Launcher, but when I click on the link, the browser gives me a "This page can't be found" error.


What am I missing?

According to this article here, you do have to install Insights.
