The Indoor Viewer apps are time-aware and show reservations that are active when the Indoor Viewer app is opened (e.g. booking start time < current date/time < booking end time). This is really good as it means you can easily see which of your colleagues have reserved Office Hotels and where they'll be located at that particular time.
What would be really nice is if there was an easy way to view reservations on future dates. The apps are already time-aware, so there just needs to be some sort of calendar control that allows you to move forwards (and backwards?) to view bookings on any given day in the future.
It is possible to view individual Office Hotel reservations by selecting the Unit and then the Book button on the info card, but this only lets you view the reservations for a single Office Hotel at a time. If you want to see which of your team members will be in on any given day it is very time consuming to check all Office Hotels that they could have reserved. The other option available at the moment is to start the process of making a new booking on a future date and when you press the Find Hotels button the map updates to show reservations that are active during the date/time period you searched. This is a bit clunky but works okay for a single day but if you want to check multiple days it's time-consuming and not very intuitive.
There is a bit more discussion on this thread: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-indoors-questions/viewing-existing-office-hotel-workspace/m-p/1...
@MappyIan thanks for posting the idea. I've updated the status.
