Hi,
I try to create an offline map area but always failed,
The result from packages is
{ "paramName": "packages", "dataType": "GPString", "value": [ { "source": "https://arcgis.xxx.com.au/server/rest/services/Hosted/RoadCache/VectorTileServer", "error": "{\"code\": 35, \"messageCode\": \"OffPkg_ 35\", \"message\": \"Export tile operation failed error unknown url type: ''\", \"params\": {\"url\": \"\", \"error\": \"unknown url type: ''\"}}" }, { "source": "https://arcgis.xxx.com.au/server/rest/services/Editor/Large_Tree_Map/FeatureServer", "itemId": "60a9aa4771354e5289a7916c2a432643", "state": "new" } ] }
The RoadCache is I built for the basemap, It seems alway failed and get this code 35.
Any idea how to fix it?
Thanks

My workaround solution is to create a TPKX file as a basemap and then copy it over to the device.

The "solution" above is not a real solution. Most companies will block USB access to corporate devices.
One of the most annoying things on AGOL is working with Offline maps. Packing doesn't work and fails so often, download offline areas fail most of the time, auto packing fails...it's so frustrating!!!
