I am creating maps for data collection offline with Field Maps. In the web map, I have data layers from AGOL that provide read only reference information. Since I do not own these layers, I am not able to "enable sync" in order to use the map offline.
Is there any way to use hosted layers you do not own in an offline map?
The only workaround I have found is downloading the source data, clipping out the areas I need and uploading those as new hosted feature layers for each map, but this is tedious to complete and uses a lot of storage for data that is already hosted online.
