I have been using Experience Builder in ArcGIS Online since its inception. I have a non-profit client who I created a dashboard project tool for 2 years ago that has allowed them to export maps for their baseline reports. All this time they have been able to print to jpg or pdf when premium content is turned on and suddenly this has stopped working and every time we try to print with preimum content turned on, the print fails. If we turn the premium content layers off, the print works fine. What is the point of having access to Living Access layers if we can't utilize them in our reporting and analysis? Is this a bug? Will this be fixed with this weeks update?
Premium content layers that are approved by the organization when publishing the application:

Hi @KaraUtter2 ,
I tried printing a map with premium content layers, but it works fine.
Can you open DevTools and check if errors are showing up in the console and on the network?
Another thing I want to check is if it takes a long time for the print to fail, and are you using the default AGOL print service?
Regards,
Shengdi
Thank you for your response.
I don't know how to use DevTools. This is an ArcGIS Online, Esri partner organization account. Not anything in portal and not using developer edition, just the plain out-of-the-box SAS version online.
The print fails quickly, and when I turn the premium content layers off, it prints just fine. It's the default AGOL printing service.
I'm not the only one experience this, the exact same thing is happening here: Print widget error - fails to print - Esri Community
and here: Printing fails using Living Atlas image services o... - Esri Community
@ShengdiZhang in addition to what I already posted below as a response, did you attempt to print through an Experience Builder print widget using premium image service layers. Maybe it's the type of premium content and not just ANY premium content.
@KaraUtter2 , I have tried premium image service layers, but it works fine on my end. Can you share a sample map to reproduce this bug?
I have temporarily made this public:

Please let me know if you cannot access.
Hi @KaraUtter2 ,
Thanks for sharing your app.
I can reproduce this bug, but it doesn't seem to appear every time I print.
We haven't found the root cause of this issue yet, but you can stop sharing your experience as we can reproduce the bug using the NLCD layer itself.
Thanks,
Shengdi
I'm glad you could reproduce the bug. It's happening with all of the premium content layers on our end, not just the NLCD layer.
Have you made any progress yet?
