Hi everyone!

I’m facing an issue with our ArcGIS Enterprise setup, where we have a federated server set as the hosting server with ArcGIS Data Store, and each component is on a different Windows server. In our typical workflow, we share data from the enterprise geodatabase (eGDB) via an .sde file as a web layer, registering it as a referenced map image with feature services from ArcGIS Pro.
This part works well, but the problem appears when we try to add this data in Experience Builder. In the "Add Data" pane, I can see and select other data under the Web Map section, where the console shows the request URL pointing to the Portal URL (which is ideal).

However, under the "Layers" section, the request URL points to the Server URL, which results in a 401 unauthorized error, even though both URLs should be authenticated with the same token. Has anyone encountered something similar or have insights on resolving this URL mismatch to ensure consistent authentication?

We are moving away from geocortex to ExB and we want access to feature server to manipulate data via filters and other features offered by various Portal Application.

Thanks
