The ArcGIS Enterprise team is planning new content for 2025 to dig into frequently asked questions about groups. The content will focus on four main areas related to groups:
- General group settings will walk through each of the group settings, what they control, how they impact users, and how they manage the look and capabilities of a new group.
- Group designations will cover the differences between shared update and administrative groups.
- General group set up will go into depth on the Overview, Members, Content, and Settings tabs of the groups details page.
- Using your group in other areas of the Enterprise portal such as the home page, gallery, new member defaults and how you can leverage featured groups in your organization.
