Can someone advise  I  want to create a dashboard using future layers from the Survey123 URL  but getting the message that the layers are not accessible. What to do?

Can you try:

  • Go to the Hosted Feature Layer
  • Click 'create view layer' to create a layer pointing at your survey data, but where you can control access.
  • Add the view layer to your map and share it with the same groups/public as the map and dashboard.
  • Try configuring the dashboard now and see if they layer is accessible.

The layer not accessible message is generally something you might see on Feature Collection:

I wonder if you are using one of the default survey layers where querying is disabled. Using the steps above will give access and secure your data.

@DrJumaKhudonazarov
Is the survey published yet? Are you using AGOL or enterprise? Did you create the survey on survey123 online or connect?
