Portal can't call cached map image service

I have published a cached map image service to my Server using admin credentials. However, my Portal can't seem to find the layers in that service. When I browse the layers in Portal, the metadata for each layer is showing. I get the following error message when I open up the service in Map Viewer though. I have tried to re-create the cache multiple times, but that has not solved the issue. How can I fix this?
