We are publishing referenced services from an oracle geodatabse to a stand-alone ArcGIS server 10.8.1 from ArcGIS Pro and then consuming the services in ArcGIS Online web maps. We are looking for a way to have the pop-ups configured at the service level so that no pop-up configuration is required inside of the ArcGIS online webmap.
Ideally, we would like to be able to configure the popup the way we want in an ArcGIS Pro project before publishing and have that carry over to the published service to be consumed in ArcGIS online without needing to enable or configure them in ArcGIS online. This is part of an effort to have as much configured at the service level as possible for a specific application that consuming the ArcGIS Online map.
Does anyone know if there is a way to accomplish this? Our testing has come up short so far.
