I have a time-enabled image service that I need to display in irregular intervals based on the Footprint layer.

This works great in ArcPro v. 3.1.4. (see screenshot 1)
I would really like to maintain these same time display properties in a Portal map, but Portal's time slider options don't allow it. Time interval options are length of one interval or total time divided into equal steps. (screenshot 2)
Is there a setting in the image service that enables this, or is this a Portal version issue (we're on 11.1), or something else?
