Starting from a GeoTIFF in ArcGIS Pro, I published a Map Image Layer to the portal (ArcGIS Enterprise) using the Copy All Data option (Map Image).
When using the Map Image Layer in a Web Map, the pop-up does not appear when clicking on a pixel of the image. However, in ArcGIS Pro, the pop-up displays correctly with the pixel value.
How can I configure either the Web Map or the Map Image Layer so that the pop-up displays the pixel value in the Web Map, just like it does in ArcGIS Pro?
