I have a GTFS directory (http://data.ratp.fr/explore/dataset/offre-transport-de-la-ratp-format-gtfs/) and I want to display it in the ArcMap document. Therefore, when I use de the “Display GTFS Route Shapes” tool (https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=14189102b795412a85bc5e1e09a0bafa), I can’t it! Someone Know how I do it? Thanks!

Then you won't be able to use Display GTFS Route Shapes because there are no shapes to display!

Hello, Claudio.  There is a user's guide included in the download of that tool which should provide instructions for how to use it.  You can also access the latest version of the user's guide here: http://transit.melindamorang.com/UsersGuides/DisplayGTFSRouteShapes/DisplayGTFSRouteShapes_UsersGuid...

If that doesn't solve your problem, please provide more details about the trouble you are experiencing.

Thanks Melinda! The Display GTFS Route Shapes User's Guide is good!.

Therefore, this way demand three imput files containing in GIS Directory:

- trips.txt

- routes.txt

- shapes.txt

But I find just these files in my GIS directory:

- agency.txt

- calndar.txt

- calendar_date.txt

- routes.txt

- stop_times.txt

- stops.txt

- transferts.txt

- trips.txt.

Actually, I haven't the "shapes.txt" file in my GIS folder!
