Do you have customers on Oracle 12c – 12.2.x or 12.1.x ???
If you do, then inform your customer that Oracle 12c 12.2/12.1 have reached End of Life and Oracle strongly recommends upgrading to 19c.

A. For the Oracle Enterprise geodatabase to support ArcGIS Pro 3.0 / Enterprise 11.0.0
the Geodatabase ArcSDE Repositoy needs to be created and/or upgraded using ArcGIS Pro 3.0

B. Oracle 12c has reached end of life by Oracle and customer needs to migrate to 19c + latest patchset
21c is the innovation release, skip that version
19c is still the long term release

- Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 is now in Sustaining Support
- Oracle Database 12.2.0.1 is now in Sustaining Support
C. Oracle Client software needs to match Oracle Database Version
for example if using Oracle Database 19.17 (19-OCT-2022) then is recommended to use the
latest Oracle Client 19.17 on all client machines, ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise

D. oracle paramenter open_cursors=1000 , this parameter must be increased to 10,000
