Check and see if you have "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.30729.6161" installed.  If not message me and I'll see what we can figure out.

Hi, I'm using Drone2Map 1.3.1 and I'm facing the same issue. the software crashes as soon as it opened. I installed "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.30729.6161", but the issue still there.

We recently determined that Drone2Map will crash in certain circumstances if it is installed after ArcGIS Pro.  Try this: Leave Drone2Map installed, remove ArcGIS Pro and reinstall.   You may also want to try starting Drone2Map in between (after removing ArcGIS Pro).
