We run a multi-region, active-active stack on AWS for our non-spatial apps (Terraform IaC, Route 53 geolocation routing, Elastic Beanstalk/EC2, API Gateway, Global RDS with write-forward to the primary and read replicas elsewhere, blue-green releases, backward-compatible DB changes). Our web app uses ArcGIS JavaScript and ArcGIS map/feature services. How would you architect ArcGIS Enterprise on AWS so that it adapts to this model and supports international active-active delivery with zero/near-zero downtime during releases?
