The GeoNet Contest is designed to reward users for their technical expertise, spirit of community, and their willingness to help their peers by providing helpful and useful information in the GeoNet community.

How it works:

  1. Any member of the GeoNet user community logged in with their Esri Account may earn points by completing missions as outlined in GeoNet Points System, or from their Reputation Page (User Drop Down > View Profile > More > Reputation). For example you can earn points by answering questions, getting replies marked as helpful, and contributing content.
  2. A member may see their current point totals by going to the GeoNet Contest Leaderboard.
  3. Active users of GeoNet who rank among the highest in total number of points for each period are eligible for prizes and recognition, which may include badges, certificates, gift cards, non-Esri merchandise and/or services, Esri merchandise and/or services.

See the latest copy of the 2015 GeoNet Contest Rules for the most up-to-date details.
