I did a relatively simple polygon to raster conversion for work (looking at ecosystem components). The resulting raster created these strange vertical lines of cells at random points. Anyone have any idea what these are and what happened? We had the extent defined and everything! Screenshot attached.
We couldn't figure out what they are or what caused them. We just decided to remove them manually. Glad there aren't that many. But would be interesting to know!

Hello, I guess it's the same trouble I have experienced Nodata areas in the raster created by conversion tool "Polygon to Raster" that at the moment does not have a solution.
