How to assign multiple Customize keyboard shortcut keys at a time Arcgis 10.1?

Hi Friends,

I have attached the below image for reference I want to apply to assign multiple Customize keyboard shortcut keys at a time. any possible to apply, or any arcpy or any tools available. if anyone knows plz help me.

Because every time changing the Customize keyboard shortcut keys from my MXD file.
