Upload 3D error

Hello,

I am trying to import a 3D file into Arcgis Urban. I used both Blender and Sketchup and keep getting this error message: File Upload Failed Could not create the 3D Object layer of this project. I keep getting this error no matter what computer I am using, file type, and internet connection.
