I am working on a plan where I'd like to work with the generation of buildings based on FAR og Coverage restrictions. For Norwegian plans these restrictions are not connected to the land use types or the zoning types directly, so I have been adding them using overlay types or parcel overrides. I guess another option is to create a copy of the land use type/zoning type within the plan and give this copy the FAR and Coverage restriction.
The problem I am writing about is that I am not able to add a coverage value other than 0% or 100% using the parcel overrides. When I try to add a coverage value of 50%, I get the error message "maximum value exceeded". When I try to write 0.5 the program automatically rounds my answer to 1, which gives a coverage of 100%.
The same problem does not apply to FAR.
