The name of Urban model should be able to set up separately

Currently, the name of the urban model is taken from parameter 1 which specifies the location for creating the model. As a result, when an urban model is created in the same area but for a different model, the urban model names become duplicated.
Therefore, it should be possible to set the name separately when creating the urban model.
