Viewing Repeated Records from the In Box

I have a survey where the survey taker meets with an individual multiple times.  Because of the multiple times, a repeat section was added.  The survey also has an "In Progress" variable that populates the In Box.  The current workflow is the survey take meets with the individual and completes the survey and then submits with the In Progress tag.  On the second visit, the survey taker opens the first survey from the In Box and will add a record from the repeat section.  My problem is that the survey taker needs to be able to read the first repeat before adding the second repeated record.  Currently when the survey taker opens the survey for the second visit,  they cannot see the first repeated record.  How can the survey taker view all the repeated records for a survey using the Survey123 mobile app when pulling from the In Box?

Hi Natalie,

Firstly, I assume you have used the "query" parameter on the begin repeat question in your survey to ensure the related records are being queried and downloaded into the app when querying the Inbox? Secondly, there is a known bug with the first record of a repeat not displaying when opening via the Inbox. We have a fix available for this issue in the latest beta build available on EAC and we plan to release the final fix in an upcoming hotfix to the app, which will be released to the app stores.
