The Survey123 App on my Windows 10 laptop will not open past the initial splash screen.  I looked at some other older posts but no help.

I briefly see a blinking message about signing in to the portal, but then it disappears and there is just a frozen splash screen.  I can resize it but there are no further screens or menus available.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Survey123 and Survey123Connect a half-dozen times, with no luck.  I have rebooted my laptop several times as well.

Survey123Connect seems to work fine, but not Survey123.  My graphics driver (NVidia) is up to date.

I'm not sure what is going on with S123 last week and this week, but we had that exact same issue on multiple devices, including Windows and Android.

In Windows, try resetting the app. Also, this geonet post has some good information as well.

The Repair/Reset in Windows settings didn't work.

But the other geonet post suggested deleting any .json files in the C:user folder.  That worked, after I uninstalled and reinstalled Survey123 on my laptop.  I had to redo the portal and sign-in to my organization, but now it seems to  be working.  Thanks.
