We have seen this on multiple surveys in our organization and was not sure if it had something to do with the recent Survey123 update.
We are only able to filter date or datetime fields in the Data and Analyze tab of Survey123 by using "unique" instead of "value" with the calendar. The Apply button is disabled and there's a red warning on the filter, but no explanation as to why.
We cannot use the provided date range filter because this is the submitted date, which is not always the same as the date or datetime field we are trying to filter by.
I tested filtering in the Map Viewer of the layer and a "value" filter worked on these fields, so I am thinking this is just a Survey123 data page error?
Using "value"
Using "unique"

Thank you for reporting this. This behaviour only started occurring since the latest update. It matches the behaviour in another thread. There is now a defect logged: BUG-000156082 : Unable to filter dates by value on the Survey123 website.

The fix has now been released and dates are able to be filtered as expected.
Should you see any more issues feel free to get back in touch.
Thanks
We are still having some issues with filtering on the survey123 webpage as well.
When we create the filter, it doesn't apply, the Apply button continues to show the processing gif and nothing happens. We refresh the browser page, and the filter has been successfully applied. If we try to change the filter (one of the field values), we get the same behaviour. It will only actually filter the data with the updated request if we refresh the browser. This behaviour also only occurs with non-owners of the data.
