I've generated a custom report for Survey123, but when I generate a report from this template, the map doesn't display:
Our basemap used in this app has been shared publicly, so I've ruled that out as an issue for why it may not be loading. The map displays just fine when a default report is generated from Survey123:
Has anyone else run into this issue?

Are you able to upload each of your templates (default and custom) so that I can take a look at the differences? I'm wondering if there are any differences in the webmap item ID, such as difference in scale.
