Hi everyone,
I just came back from leave and I can no longer create new surveys, both on advanced template and standard template.
I get this error when trying:
I reached out to our IT department to see if a firewall blocked the downloading of the template, but they told me no.
I saw this post from 2020, that had a similar problem but with a different error code:
I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to what was happening, I'm still pretty sold on the firewall idea but any other clue might be helpful !

Found the problem in the error log: blocked link was different from the one the post I cited was calling.
Unblocked that link and everything works fine
I'd start with something simple to try an narrow down the causes. Can you still log into the Portal?

Yes I experience no other issues at all with out Portal or any connection otherwise,
