Signatures not working on inbox forms - only on iPad

A new issue on a form that has been functioning properly for the past month.

The end of the form requires a signature, and it is still working on the desktop version, however in the survey123 3.20 field app version (on iPad), the signature is showing an image crossed out:

A team member who is still on survey123 3.17 can still see the signature field properly on their iPad. The template has been updated to the newest version and re-published. Same error. 

The only time this field is working on the iPad is on a form that is being collected. 

This issue was noticed on 6/28/2024. 

Any recommendations?

This is a BUG in the 3.20 Survey123 release and is logged as BUG-000168654. We have identified the cause and are actively working on a fix. Please also see this Esri Community thread.
