Survey will not republish due to 'info file for item not found' error. I tried to do this Solved: Getting Error 400 Item does not exist or is inacce... - Esri Community but it doesn't allow me to update only publish again. I want to keep the existing data and add to it. Or if its possible to merge the old form with the new one when its uploaded although that seems more improbable. Any help will be appreciated.

Here is something you can try. First of all, if you made any changes to the .xls survey, make sure to back them up. Copy the .xls file elsewhere or do whatever you need to do to backup that file.

In Survey123 Connect, find your survey and click the ellipses button and click Download. What this should do is refresh your Survey123 .xls and other files from what has already been previously published. So if anything was inadvertently deleted on your local computer, it should get restored. That may or may not work, but it's worth a shot to at least refresh everything in S123.

Edit: Forgot to say that after you download the survey, try to republish it again.
