I have created multiple surveys for different applications in our organization. I am the creator of the survey i can immediately see any surveys submitted. The issue is that I am allowing other people to view the data, but their view of the survey data is not up to date. I have refreshed the the browser and cleared the cache, and I am not sure of whats causing the viewers view to not be up to date.
in example someone submits a survey online. I, the creator will see that survey submission immediately, but the other person that is allowed to view these submissions is unable to see these new submissions for another hour or the next day sometimes.
