Inbox Image attachment display Problem

I am using Survey123 3.13.246 App. when i try to edit existing surveys in inbox folder, I could not see any attachments for view/edit or delete.

Viewing images in the Survey123 field app inbox should be possible as it is a new feature that was added back in september 2021:

Are your attachments in repeat questions? If so, you need to ensure you have query allowUpdates=true in the bind::esri:parameters column on the begin repeat question.

I knew,  it was added in September.but i unable see the uploaded attachments in survey123 app .
