Is the new ArcGIS StoryMaps application available for Enterprise deployments?

We have recently upgraded our ArcGIS Enterprise to version 10.8, and were wondering if there were a way to include the new ArcGIS StoryMaps experience builder with this deployment?  Or is this included in 10.8.1?

The new ArcGIS StoryMaps is included with the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 release, see this blog

ArcGIS StoryMaps – Now Available in Enterprise! 

I don't think it's available for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 - sorry.
