Since old Esri "Story Maps" are being retired Q1 2026, are there any tips on how to search and find instances of them in our ArcGIS Online organization?  As one of our org's admins, I'm hoping to find any that may exist and point them out to the account holders.  Thanks.

As an administrator go to Content, select "My organization" as the scope, and enter the following search term:

type:"Web Mapping Application" AND typekeywords:"Story Map"

That should return a list of all of the Classic Story Maps in your organization.

@MichaelVolz see the Filter options along the left-hand side of Content. Under Item type filters you can select "Apps", and underneath it, "StoryMaps". If you are logged in as an administrator, and have selected the My organization view for Content, then you should see a list of all of the ArcGIS StoryMaps in your organization.

What would the search look like to find the newer StoryMaps version?

I am a customer who successfully performed the StoryMaps to ESRI migration June 2025. (My subscription has been Individual/Student Basic Plan since 2024.) As of Sept 2025, my StoryMap data was still in the system. I went in today to access it and it not in MyESRI. I spoke to a rep at ESRI today who told me that I failed to comply with a "60 day" deadline and that I should have read the T&C. He said my content is gone and irretrievable. I saved all of my ESRI migration emails and never received anything that indicated I had to secure my content. As recently as Sept 2025, I logged on and my content was there. Now it is gone. It was my Masters Thesis 😞

Is there ANY way I can still retrieve it from your system? I feel like I fell through your migration/customer communication cracks. Any help from a human is deeply appreciated.
