Are anchor(ed) links possible?

Are anchor(ed) links possible in a StoryMap? That is, can I link from text on one part of the page to text on another part of the same page? (I don't mean the headers; I mean regular text. My hope is to use anchored links to create footnotes/endnotes.)

Hi @CeliaClifford ,

At the minute, the only way to add links in a story is through navigation heading links. I'd recommend adding this to the ArcGIS Ideas page to suggest this feature be added in the future releaes.
