My name is Kumar Prince.
When I use Detect Objects Using Deep Learning Geoprocessing Tool and Import the Scene Text Parsing.dlpk file downloaded from Living Atlas Pretrained model it is giving me the error .
I have installed paddleocr also by using (conda install -c esri paddleocr) still giving me the same error.
Also after installing paddleocr in my system I am unable to use any other Deep Learning Models inside ArcGIS Pro.
Also I am unable to use Jupyter Notebook after the installation of paddleocr .
