I have a pansharpened image created using raster functions. When I zoom in on the image it goes blank at a certain level of zoom (approx 1:200 on drone imagey). I have recalculated statistics and rebuilt pyramids but it still goes blank. I have specified NoData values as 256. How can I solve this please?

Hello

I'm not sure if t his is still an issue for you?

Have you experimented using different "Pansharpening Types". The default one is Esri but the Gram-Schmidt option is said to provide a good all round option.

Also - I note that you have created the image using the Pansharpen function. I use functions to identify the most appropriate parameters and then i create my final product using the equivalent geoprocessing tool - in this case the Create Pansharpened Raster Dataset tool.

I hope this helps.

many thanks ed

Hi Ed
This is still an issue for me, so thank you for your suggestions.
I tried the geoprocessing tool instead of the function. Using the ESRI or
Gram-Schdnidt type it runs the analysis but will not display the output
that is created even though the file is added to the contents pane. I
accepted the default location to the gdb but it I change the location to
the root folder, it will not run the tool.
Thanks and regards
Debbie

Hmmmm OK

I think it might be time to log a support call with your local Esri Distributor if you can. I suspect they may want some sample data to try and re-create the problem; for you to tell them precisely what you are doing, where your data is located and which version of the software you are using.

Sadly, I'm not sure i can offer much more at the moment.
