I have a question about the output of the geographically weighted regression analysis tool. My input is a set of points. Each point has a housing price value and a particulate matter value. I used the number of neighbors “golden search” method.
The output I am most interested in is the R2 value. Some of my points have an R2 value that is less than zero. From my understanding, this should not be possible. I have not seen anything online on what would cause this. Am I doing something wrong running the tool or is this an expected result?
