NEAR mobility millions of data to be shown using time enabled layer.

Hi All,

I got NEAR mobility data for a country with 15 millions of points which I need to display as bins and  based upon the time how many people are located in specific areas based upon time and hash values and data needs to enabled as time layer. 

Kindly let me know any suggestions on this.
