When I set up the output folder to the memory, it reported an error. Is there a way to write the outputs of Split Raster to memory instead of disk?

Folders cannot be created in memory-based workspaces.
So I can surmise from that, \\memory doesn't support the type of raster that you are trying to split (eg esri grid)
