When using the Slice tool, the other side of the planet is seen through the "hole" in the ground. Is there any way to turn off visibility of the far side, or to mask the underground part of the hole to create a basic underground geology?

Any advice much appreciated. I've scoured the docs and searched, but aside from creating a custom voxel layer representing the underground geology, nothing pops up. 🙂

Hi @JGJ252

I have not tested this myself, but I expect you could accomplish this by using a local scene instead of a global scene. Outside of or alongside this, you can set a custom extent within the Map Properties of the Scene, which should remove visibility of non-target areas.
