I'm trying to create a map that shows the change in position of a GNSS station, hence the movements are very small (in the mm) and a 1:1 scale isn't really big enough, I would like to have a more fitting scale like 1:0.1 (or 10:1 if you will) on my layout.

Is there any easy way to accomplish this? thank you for your time

The maximum scale of the map seems to relate to the spatial reference, though where these limits are stored I do not know.

In EPSG 3435, which is a state plane projection in Illinois, I can zoom in to 1:0.04 (25:1). But in other projects when I work in another projection, I cannot go past 1:1.
