Generate street name closest to a line feature

Hello,

I am trying to generate a table of street names that are closest to a layer of line features that I have in ArcGIS Pro. Most of them do not intersect roads. Take for example a sidewalks line layer and you want a table of street names that the side walks are on/closest to. 

What would be the best way to do this? 

I'm open to any suggestions.
