I am a student working on their final project. I have geocoded capital cities and have geocoded theme park locations.
I am trying to find the nearest theme park to each state capital; however, I want to do it based on roads/driving distance/time. Currently, when I try to run the 'Generate Near Table', I get results; however, I believe it is only based on straight-line distance and not actual road distance.
Is there anyway to do such a thing? Basically base a 'generate near table' on roads/actual distance by travel/car
