Field values in attribute table changing

I am editing values in the attribute table in arcgis pro for the "ar_flrArea" field FID 348 and 1306. When i save the edits the field values for "flr_grnd" and "tot_flr_ar" automatically change. Attaching the screenshot below.

Why are values changing?

This is also happening when i set up an update cursor on the table. Without causing any change to the flr_grnd and tot_flr_ar.

Will try to provide as much information about the data:

1. It is a shapefile

2. The data type for the fields "flr_grnd" and "tot_flr_ar" is float. With both the fields having zero precision.

3. Using windows 11 pro.
