Failed to execute (PointsToTrackSegments).

I was running the point to track segments and it fails with error "has time stamps that are equal". I am grouping by unique ID's that do not have same time stamps but have same time stamp as different Unique ID. For example to tracks on two different GPS devices. Attached package and error shows up

Group ['09-OCT-2015-TRAIN', 'Queenstown Other', 'Queenstown Running'] has time stamps that are equal.
Failed to execute (PointsToTrackSegments).
