When I check for updates in ArcGIS Pro it always says 'The ESRI update service is temporarily unavailable' (been trying for 2-3 weeks) I'm on 3.1.0 so there are updates available. I'm signed in to our organization and my co-worker does not have this issue.

@RBCopland

ArcGIS Pro cannot automatically check for an update when using a checked out license (offline mode). Suggest check: ArcGIS  Pro > Project > Licensing > Settings. If Authorized to work offline, return checked out license and run ArcGIS Pro with the appropriate licensing portal. You may need to consult your co-worker or the GIS administrator.

If you have My Esri access, you can directly download patches:

I would try to sign out and sign in again (if you didn't try that yet).

Trying to revive this post.  The service is again unavailable for Pro 3.5

Also having this issue. Signing out and back in did not work at this time.

Here is an explanation as to why: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/calculate-field-does-not-honor-selection-or-layer-filt...

Related to an issue found with Pro 3.5 and using SQL in Field Calculator:

"This issue will be addressed in 3.5 Patch 1 (3.5.1), planned to be available the first week of June 2025. Until a patch is available, the software update service will be disabled in ArcGIS Pro. Customers who understand this issue and the workaround can download ArcGIS Pro 3.5 from My Esri."

I am experiencing the same issue at Pro 3.5.

I tried signing out and back in....that did not resolve the issue. This has been occurring for ~1 week.
