I would like to edit a feature class in ArcGIS Pro with a joined table. I cannot seem to do this. I can edit the feature class in Pro when the table is not joined. I can do it in ArcMap. Is this a missing functionality in ArcGIS Pro?
It isn't on any of the list updates here
Since I edit without joins, I don't know if it is or isn't possible. Have you replicated with the exact same files in ArcMap?
Yes, I have edited the exact same files in ArcMap. I kind of need to see the join in order to make the edits to the feature class. It is just a pain to have to remove the join every time I want to edit the feature class. I can't make the join permanent because the data in the table changes every day.
The only other mutterings on the topic were about whether a relationship class was involved and other stuff I don't routinely deal with.
Well at least you can use ArcMap and use Pro for other pressing matters ![]()
True true. Trying to use Pro for all of my work, this just makes things more difficult;)
