Data does not zoom to the correct extent of other map layers

Exported a csv file from CAD. Displayed the XY data in the map. The data will not zoom to the correct extent (location) of the current layers in the map. Data is in the same projection, but location on the map does not match the other layers?

I can zoom to the layer no issue, tried creating a new map, and loading the CAD layer first, then other layers, but got the same result. 

Exported the data to State Plane Nad83_2011 Int feet South Carolina, and recalculated the layer extent to match my other data.  No luck.

Any suggestions, or something I'm missing.

If the data is in fact in the same coordinate system, often this means the X/Y values in the csv are reversed.

Try switching them in the Display XY data tool.
