Creating symbology for a range of values

I'm customizing the symbology for a slope map. I'm trying to set a specific color to a range of values.

For example I want:

0-5 degrees: green

5-10 degrees: yellow

etc.

I've changed the symbology as seen here in the screen shot:

When creating the labels should I assign values by increment 0,5,10, 15 etc and will the values in between the increments be assigned those colors?

For example If i have value 0 set to green and value 5 set to green will values 1, 2,3, ... also be set to green.

If not, how can I set a specific range of values to a color?

I have solved this by choosing the "Classify" option under Primary Symbology.
